You lay your blanket down on a patch of lush, soft, green grass in a spot with the perfect combination of shade and sunshine, and you enjoy the day with yourself. That's self love in it's purest form, with effort and attention to the softest parts of yourself. The parts of yourself that deserve celebration, where the darkest parts of reality can't reach you for a little while.
