Meditation Between Thresholds

There is a moment—so slight it almost escapes notice—when the world seems to hold its breath. It is the pause before a word forms, before a step is taken, before the self remembers that it is capable of becoming more than its history. In this suspended instant, we stand not in the past or the future, but in the shimmering seam between them, where possibility gathers like dew.
